What makes this a Fire Pump?  What is the difference between listed and approved.  Why and how do I do a proper field acceptance test. These questions and others will be answered as we touch on Chap 3, 4, 7 and 14 of NFPA 20. This will give you familiarization of the requirements in a pump room. We will also offer a high-level overview of fire pump controllers and diesel engines.  You will spend some time on our service floor to disassemble and assemble various pumps to gain some familiarization with their operation. We will also discuss how digital disruption and IOT have come to the fire pump world and how it can benefit you.
